When thinking of getting these crafted, you should bear in mind Earthsoul Boots, which are not only better for casting HL more often and efficiently (stacking more Haste while reaping any benefits from stacking the necessary Int on gems, even if of marginal value such as SP in this case), but they are also significantly cheaper due to saving you the hefty cost of the 8x Titansteel Bars required by these plate ones.

Getting the best is always worth its price, but when it's also much cheaper it makes for a very easy choice - using current Wowhead average prices, leaving out the Primordial Saronite, the plate boots would cost 1284g while the mail ones would go for 462g, and paying almost 1/3 instead is definitelly worth noting. Therefore you could obtain something better even faster, especially if you're on a tight budget.

Surprisingly enough this, and I would guess the other i264 craftable Epics, doesn't go Grey until 500. Noticed this a couple days ago while working my BS on an alt I hadnt played since Firelands.
