TheWoWDBHas better stats than any slow 1h weapon, even http://www.wowhead.com/item=50737. I at least thought H ICC weapons would be upraded in more than 1 level, unfortunately.

Oddly, it only takes a jewelers kit, but it requires you to be next to an anvil to make it.
Oddly I am unable to make these at 515JC level 80 char. She has it available and starts the scraping sound when create is clicked but immediately stops.
