1.) Its new Recruit A Friend mount, you cant get Zhevra once this is released.
2.) No, you cant trade in Zhevra.
3.) It is a two person mount, and like all multi person mounts there is no requirement for the passanger as long as they are in your party.
4.) It will scale to your riding speed, but will remain to be only a flying mount. (Unbuffed Speeds= 150%, 280% and 310%)

Edit: You can eject people as well.
