This weapon is not worth the materials needed to get it, as Torturer's Mercy is much more easily obtained through boss drops. With the current prices of materials it's a waste of money to get the crafted mace. Also a few good alternatives are Scepter of Power and Shimmering Morningstar. Your much better off spending about half of the materials on Elementium Stormshield (for elemental shamans and paladins).

material costs are insane for this, you could also just get to revered with your relevant tol barad faction for an equivalent mace. It won't cost you anything and you'll actually be making money by doing dailys, they really need to bring down the mat. costs for alot of blacksmithing because this will never be worth it. 6 true gold is at least 4k worth alone and if you're already running heroics to get chaos orbs then as stated the first boss of BRC drops an equivalent mace.
