Not really the equivalent, when you think about it. Truegold uses a Transmutation Cooldown from an Alchemist, rather than a smelting Cooldown from a Miner like Titansteel was. On top of that, Chaos Orbs are BOP rather than... well, not bound at all like Frost Orbs were. This is going to be much more expensive, and because Chaos Orbs are BOP, you'll probably have to either pay through the nose, or commission a blacksmith to make it. You won't be seeing this on the AH for a paltry 1000g unless Blizzard changes the way you get at some of these mats.
