TheWoWDBAs far as I can see, it's the one singel bracer enchant with agility on that an enchanter can put on.
Edit 2: expansions later and it is still alone
Edit 3: looking around I found this, Draconic Emossment it's LW only so you still have to hang around with this one for agility if you're not LW
Edit 4: Now there is enchanters and everyones choise for agility on wrist, 50 agility for iLvl 300+

why oh why is this the only agil bracer enchant... damn you blizz
As of Legion 7.3 this bracer enchantment gives absolutely nothing, not 1 agility point at all. I mean, I totally agree with the item squishes to keep things streamlined but these low-level stuff need to be optimized too, there are now some low level upgrades that no longer give anything useful at all, I'm looking at you Elixir of Minor Defense...
