TheWoWDBDon't know what server you are on but I did 4 days of enslaved elementals farming to get a stack for what I needed to make this. Don't post comments to make it seem like its easy to get because its not. Also that everyone is farming the same areas now for these.

I farmed the elementals at Orsis, the Scions of Al'akir, and got 2 drops of 1 from 50 kills, not worth it... Any place with a reasonable drop chance?
edit: Lightning Ledge was awesome for farming them
Is the availability of this recipe based on rep with dragonmaw? Im max LW (but only honored with dragonmaw atm) yet cannot find this recipe at the hide trader.
