The tooltip states that the Robes are Bind on Pickup, meaning that they are automatically soulbound to the character that created them. The [item=7914] tooltip also states that the breastplate is Bind on Pickup. Thus you need to create the item with the character that you want to have the item.

Just created a Robe of Power and it turned out to be soulbound - so scrap it for resell. Something similar happened to my blacksmith with one of the Barbaric Iron Breastplate which is a green item.

Have I done something wrong and could have avoided that? It really came unexpected and this time its a blue item with more expensive mats.

Any idea why this happened?
