This is practically useless for plate dps if the weapon speed of 2.60 is accurate. They will get better dps out of a lvl 85 3.8 speed green. Hoping that's a beta error.

(IMO) Best just to not craft/pay for this and instead grind out this. Same everything except it's a sword and slower at 3.8 instead of 3.6. I'm even a dwarf and I would still rather get the sword. Again, all just my opinion.
