TheWoWDBThe plans for these drop off trash in the Firelands raid along with a number of other plans and patterns. The drop rate of the pattern was initally quite high but has been reduced.
These plans require 4 x Living Ember (this tiers Primordial Saronite equivalent only dropping from Firelands bosses) and 3 x Chaos Orb (which are still currently BoP), so these will be quite difficult to get early in this patch.
