@Hyperhielk -- You may want to take your own advice. Haste is Retribution's worst stat. It is far below Mastery (best) and Critical (second best). Haste provides an extremely small difference in dps for ret for the following reasons: -1) Retribution's hard cap for haste is ~3987. Unless you can get that much static haste (Not this tier), you will still be using 2 fillers between Crusader Strikes. So you only need 4 seconds for Exorcism's global, and Judgements of the Pure giving us that. -2) Auto attacks, granted are nice, do not offer near as much as how much benefit Mastery gives us towar

Haste as a stat is always a dps increase. But the increase is so incredibly small compared to Crit, or the all time champion Mastery that EVERY sane Ret paladin will reforge as much Haste into just about anything else whenever possible. Unless there is Hit or Exp on that item while you are overcapped and reforging wont bring you under the cap.

Haste effects autoattack damage. It makes for slightly more AoW procs and your DoTs tick slightly faster (and thus, more often at some point). And wait periods are slightly shortened by making CS's cooldown less. With such an impressive list of things that scale with Haste i can understand why someone would think Haste must be good. But all these things are effected at such an incredibly small scale they add up to almost nothing.

Read up on EJ for more information. But Haste is far and beyond worst then both Crit and Mastery.

Even if haste is a dps increase, for Retribution it is by far the lowest dps increase for the spec out of the dps stats. I don't have a 372 weapon, even so, this sucker only gives a very small upgrade to dps as on most servers it is expensive.

Yes, it is an upgrade over the 359 weapons. I never said it wasn't. Also, The Art of War DOES trigger the Global Cooldown.

If you have Ashkandi or Zin'rhork, I wouldn't bother with this weapon unless you really want to push out a few hundred dps more. To most, it isn't worth the 5k+ Gold this is to make.
