TheWoWDBJust got it on live, it does replace regular flight form. To reverse it you can talk to Skycaller Faeb at the new shrine

I'm, to put it lightly, miffed. This replaces storm crow form.
This was advertised as a mount, and for a long time on PTR was in the mount journal. Druids are the only class who can not use their fancy new 7.2 class mount in dungeons, raids, battlegrounds, and so on. Everyone else can.
Druids are the only class whose new mount overwrites an old one. Paladins don't lose their level 40 chargers when they get theirs today. Warlocks don't have to go to an NPC to change their new one back into a Dreadsteed.
If you want to learn this form on your alt go to to Skycaller Faeb at Moonglade. She's sitting on the roof near the main druid trainer (53, 42).
Keep in mind that only your alts 58+ can learn this spell.
