This mount is purchased from Uncle Bigpocket located (65.4, 61.8) at The Grummle Brazaar, due East of One Keg. It is a shame there are no white yaks for sale that are shown all around him.

You can take your yak through the Yakwash in Kun-Lai Summit. This mount actually activates it. My blonde one turns grey when put through it though for some reason. This is a very fun mount.
