Boon of the Scavenger

This is one of a number of shoulder enchants - this heralds the return of the shoulder enchant after there being none in Warlords of Draenor.

These enchants do not provide combat bonuses, but rather grant the chance to loot extra items when defeating enemies in the world. Most require various levels of reputation with a respective faction to purchase (as noted below).

Yes, it works on heirlooms and lets you loot the bags- but only from Legion creatures. Now that heirlooms are updated for 110 it's more useful :)

Does this enchant have any effect on Heirloom shoulders for lower level characters, or would that be a waste?
