This is better than the engineering mollie by a large margin. You generally don't need an entire ten minutes to use a mailbox, rarely more than 30 seconds in fact, so 1.5 minute duration on a ten minute cooldown is great.

And as an added bonus nightborne get a racial to being a scribe, so these compliment each other well by having someone to mail your alts glyphs if you didn't already have a scribe!

I tested this in an LFR, and no one else could see/target or use the [npc=129356]. Not sure if it's like that all around, but I've never seen anyone else but me use my racial mailbox. I was told my racial ability is racist, so I'm curious is another [race=27] could see/use it...

Makes me wonder if a [race=30]'s racial of Forge of Light (ironically, NOT a forge, but an anvil. Guess Anvil of Light was taken?) is only usable by the caster...

Now shows as 10 minute cooldown, yes. Still, this sounds very appealing. Feels more useful than the Goblins' Pack Hobgoblin.
