TheWoWDBI did not get this potion or recipe. I got the healing and mana recipes. But not this. I can find no other rank 1 recipes. What gives? I'm at 50 and stuck with only two items i can make.

I'm the same. I can't buy the recipe (coastal rejuvenation potion) to progress. I only have the initial two ie. healing and mana. Have you found out why?
