NOTE: You will, hit Exalted, much quickly than 200 comendations. I've just got revered. and I'm sitting on 81 Commendations.

It is 200 Commendations, and requires you to be exalted with Hellscreams reach, for the actual "Reins" to be bought. So far, as far as I know, there are 12 quests that offer these Commendations. Each give 1 so everyday you can get 12. In about 18 days you can obtain the mount from your respective faction, and you get to ride these sweet mount =D

I love this mount personally, the colors are lovely, the glowing patterns are awesome, it's just beautiful. If I could get a figure print of it I would.

It should be noted that you will most likely reach exalted before getting 200 commendations. Also, every time you win Tol Barad you get 3 commendations so you can get the mount much sooner than 18 days if you win a bunch of TB battles.
