HunterJust trapped two Aqiri pets but neither of them show this ability. Don't know if it was dropped or if I am just missing something.

Dune Strider is properly showing up as an exotic ability in the pet's spell book as of DF. Not sure when it was fixed but no longer seems to be an issue.
While this passive doesn't seem to show up in the spellbook, it does seem to be active. When using the animal companion talent and telling your pets to move somewhere, the Aqiri pet moves faster than the animal companion pet. Whereas if you use any other pet, they stay side by side when you tell them to move.
Tooltip
Increases the Aqiri's movement speed by 30%.
