Frost Resistance

Ye frost mages need to learn to aim your sissy fingers better!

edit :No longer the case....now it just doesn't hit us as hard.

Sindragosa wiped the raid I was in. Only the tank was left (Dwarf Paladin). This was me.

I decide to try killing her, as she only had a couple thousand HP left (I think 60k). I was attacking, and my health gets low, so I bubble. This was before Patch 4.0.1, so I had no Word of Glory. Right as I come out, I hear the "Can you feelz the cold hand of death upon your heart?" I gave it my best, but she casted it....

It missed. MISSED.

One last melee attack with reckoning later, and she is dead.

This is the most amazing racial ever conceived.

Epic story about this.

I was in Warsong Gulch on my Dwarf Hunter. I have the flag. Pet was dead, ~500 health left, no healers or teammates around me, basically done for if anyone came up to me. I see a Mage running toward me and think "Oh crap!" I try to run, but he Blinks to me and is suddenly in range. A Rogue appears behind him and they fight for a short time while I'm still running. Somehow the Mage wins with about 1500 health left and Blinks toward me again, I turn around and he shoots an Ice Lance at me. I can see my death heading right toward my face.

He misses. We spend a moment standing still staring at each other, with me thinking "Lolwut?", then I realize he is out of mana. I hit him with an Arcane Shot, and he dies.

This racial saved my life once. Once. Other than that, it's not that great.
