TheWoWDBI don't think that this mount, if it becomes available to players, will drop off of either Sapphiron or Sindragosa, but rather from Arthas, whenever he goes live. This is his mount, and the most logical place to drop it would be from him at the Frozen Throne of Icecrown.

Same goes for Kael'thas. Ashes Of Alar drops from Kael, not from Alar. So you may be right with that
