Endora Moorehead's location in Northrend Dalaran is at Sister's Sorcerous (38, 54). She doesn't have this recipe for me. I am level 120, but my Northrend Inscription is only at level 1. Has anyone been able to purchase this recipe, and if so, what level is your character, and what level of Northrend Inscription do you have?
