Strangely enough this requires 3x Lion's Ink (low level herbs like Kingsblood and Liferoot) yet provides skill increases in the high 300s. It was annoying having to go buy low level herbs that I stopped collecting levels ago -_-
I learned this Glyph from doing "Research: Jadefire Ink" on my level 25 Pandaren, that has never even left the Eastern Kingdoms. I had just looked up to see if there were any glyphs I hadn't learned from my inks, and this wasn't even listed. I don't know if it was some kind of glitch, or maybe there is a tiny, minuscule chance one can learn this, but I have it. It might explain why it takes such low level herbs and inks.
