TheWoWDBIt may be ascertainable from the description but I found myself not exactly sure what model the glyph was going to give me. So I thought it might help at least some people if I passed along the info!
The glyph reverts your Swift (epic) flight form to your old school standard form (for example, the grey stormcrow instead of the purple eagle for Night Elf).
For someone like myself who hasn't seen the non-swift form in many years, it's not only neat to have that option but nice to know that's what it does.
Hopefully this helps anyone who might be uncertain from the wording on the glyph!

This glyph is taught by [npc=142839] after finishing dialog with him. Old Jen'tay can be found in Zuldazar sitting next to waterfall, coords 76.14, 39.84 close to Atal'Gral flight point.
As a druid, I was amused by the dialogue option I was forced to select that said "but I'm not a druid". GJ Blizz!
