TheWoWDBI've just been from the 2.2 PTR, and can confirm several things:
- The recipe comes from the vendor outside Karazhan, Apprentice Darius.
- The recipe requires Exalted Violet Eye and 350 Enchanting.
- Enchanted weapons have a green glow, which you can see in the screenshot I submitted.
- The old +15 agi enchant still exists, the same way the old +55 heal and +30 spellpower do. In practice these old enchants are only good for twinking on < level 35 weapons, but the choice is there to use them if you like.

This would be true if you use a two handed weapon... however, for a duel wielding hunter the +20 agility enchant on both weapons is good.
