TheWoWDBAt first glance, I didn't notice the difference between rank 2 and rank 3 as they had the same amount of mats. Then I saw "Chance to create additional flasks" in the tooltip. Anyone know what this chance % is?

seems like 30% chance, but they can add up to 5 (my personal highest) flasks per go. So it ends up feeling like you get around twice the flasks for the same mats.
