TheWoWDBCan anyone tell me why I can't see this technique? I have Legion Inscription, but when I go to Jang, he doesn't have this technique for sale. I really wanted to craft this to send to my warlock.

Ok, so i think I figured it out. You need to be at least level 25 in inscription (or at least that's the level unreached before I checked back with him)After that a lot more techniques showed up.
