This racial is possibly inspired by the [spell=271448] ability, another "Heavy Punch" ability used by a few Kul Tiran NPCs. Unlike other fist based attacks, Haymaker generates a wind effect and offers it more range.
Although some posts mention it here, Haymaker's knockback fully works in PvP, making Kul Tirans a threat in the middle of Eye of the Storm or Lumber Mill in ArathI Basin since prowling Cat Druids or stealthed Rogues can walk up to your back and knock you right off. In other scenarios it is very useful for spell casters or Hunters to knock off anything hitting you at close range.
