But its an inscription pattern and the manuscript is BoP. Does this mean this colour variation is locked behind inscription? Do we know if the Manuscript could also drop from Dragonriding WQs?
I dont know where you are seeing it as a drop from a WQ. Mine says: Vendor: The Great Swog, Zone: Ohn'hran Plains, Purchase: Immaculte Sac of Swog Treasures. The same exact thing as the pic above from Wowhead.
