TheWoWDBIs it just me or does Blizzard have less faith in the alliance than the horde when this is the second improved death racial after wisp spirit?
I mean It's cool, powerful, and thematic and all, but it's literally only applicable if you fail, and that seems a tad defeatist.

While in random 90-99 bracket BG this hit me for more than 30% of my HP. Now I'm not sure if I want to kill any Lightforged Draenei. Also, I didn't see anywhere mentioned that it has internal CD, that means it procs every time you kill one. Maybe at end game this is ok, but at lower brackets this seems OP to me.
this racial is actually awesome for bg's. i can't tell you the number of times i'll get a guy low and someone else will come in and help him finish me off.... only for my lifeless body to explode and kill them both! lol
