TheWoWDBYou may care to download my Long-Forgotten Hippogryph AddOn at Curse. It is super accurate with bonus features.
It also shows cave entrances and once you step inside you'll see the actual location in the mini-map. For Oceanus Cove it correctly transitions to the correct coordinate system as you step into or out of the cave.
Also verbose tooltips. You do not want to be wasting time circumnavigating trees. Just look to the south-west at the base, for example, and then rapidly move to the next location on your map.
