Still seems a better enchant for hunters than any of the Cata ones so far.
Very good enchant for the bulk of melee/physical dpser's depending on class ofc superior even than Greater speed on cloak, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44472, the only other really viable dps enchant for cloak unless your a tailor
