TheWoWDBHmm... I'd like to know if this enchant can proc its heal on yourself - Could be a nice way to improve self-healing, albeit very expensive.
EDIT: After some testing, this enchant appears to ONLY proc from healing spells or abilities. (I was able to get it to proc on myself as a Guardian by using Frenzied Regeneration.) Dealing damage and healing yourself via leech does NOT proc the enchant.
Bummer.

What a shame. It would be a HUGE help if fistweaver monks could get in some extra heals while dealing melee damage.
