So pointless. There was no good reason to make it BoP except to overcomplicate things. Starting to feel like I need a chart to figure out how to unlock customization options and it's absolutely obnoxious.

Just crafted this on my mage who is inscriptionist and found it's soulbound and can only be learned on a druid. so I can't even send it to my druid or use it. very cool.
