TheWoWDBGood news for all Mag'har, it not only stacks with Mount Up (Guild perk) for 220% total epic mount speed, but it also stacks with BFA Pathfinder for 230% mount speed. Neither Mount Up nor Pathfinder work in battlegrounds but Open Skies do, so a total of 210% mount speed in BGs and Arenas.

I was a little unsure how this racial stacked with current BFA ground mount speed, so I went to do some testing:
Open Skies + [spell=78633] = 220% speed (Open Skies stacks with Mount Up.)
Open Skies + [spell=78633] + [spell=281240] = 230% speed (Swift Landing does not stack with Mount Up.)
Open Skies + [spell=78633] + Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder = 230% speed (BFA Pathfinder does not stack with Mount Up.)
Open Skies + [spell=78633] + [spell=281240] + Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder = 250% speed (Swift Landing and Pathfinder stack, but one or the other will override Mount Up.)
