TheWoWDBTo get the Pet you'll need to access a "hidden" vendor in the second room of the instance.
Right after the first boss you'll run down the stairs to the right and the shopkeeper is in the right corner.
Once there he will trigger a dialog "Psst! Hey you. Unassuming visitor. Do you like small creatures?"
Target the shopkeeper and write /yes and the interraction will trigger the ability to trade. To purchase the pet you'll need 2143g and [item=180532], [item=180533] and a [item=180522].
If you're lucky you'll already have them. In my case I went for pickpocketing and got them all within 3 hours.
The Oxxein Lockbox can be found in Maldraxxus, the Solenium in Bastion and the Phaedrum in Ardenweald.Video: https://youtu.be/Qo-T2RSQptE
