This used to be call "Hand of Reckoning" They changed the name to "Reckoning".
The old Reckoning used to be a talent for Protection that allowed the paladin to attack twice with one swing. It had a chance to proc whenever the pally took damage.
Fun fact is that you used to be able to stack the number of attack in one swing infinitely back in vanilla wow.
This lead to some funny problems... like one-shotting Kazzak (before he was "Doom Lord" of course)
