Looks like it took the place of Glyph of Frugal Blessings, which in turn was Glyph of Blessing of Kings. I'm thinking it has something to do with Blessings, so I'm wondering if you do the /kneel animation every time you cast a Blessing?
UPDATE: Just tested this glyph, 4/5/12. Turns out, it adds a new spell called Contemplation with no cooldown, currently. It shines a ring of light on your Paladin much like an Elune Stone as you kneel for 8 seconds. You can even walk around while kneeling without breaking the spell, which looks odd, but hey, Paladins do what we want. It's purely for cosmetic purposes, but still looks awesome in action.
Edit: They seem to have fixed the walking bug, but you can apparently cast a Mount spell without cancelling the spell. RPers rejoice for an epic mount cast macro!

Does anyone else think this should have unlimited time until movement? since it doesn't do anything else.
