This treasure is a tricky to access. You can't get to it because of [npc=192362] blocking the entrance.
You need to find and combine 3 items to make [npc=192362] run away so you can enter.

• [item=200066] can be found at 66.20 55.26 in the broken tower. Fly onto the roof and search the top floor for the bone.
• 
  
• [item=200065] can be found at 39.60 84.70. There is a small wooden bath, check it for the soap.
• 
  
• [item=200064] can be found at 47.75 83.60. There is a tent, check out the crates behind it.
• 
  

After collecting all 3 travel back to the [npc=192362] and combine items to make [item=200063]. Feed it to the "frog". Solved!
If you can't find any item at the providing spot, it must be picked up already, wait for respawn.
