I do not presume to know, as of yet, why this bird is a "Royal" Peacock, but I'd like to point out that royal blue is the colour of most/many peacock bodies.
Perhaps he/she is "royal" because its body is the normal blue?
Perhaps he/she "royal" because most of his/her feathers are also blue?
Perhaps he/she "royal" because we will be encountering some sort of royalty, and we receive this peacock as a gift or a payment for services rendered.There's also a Polymorph: Peacock coming with this expansion, according to datamining.
