TheWoWDBOn the Isle of Dorn you'll probably come across a stranded magic Lionfish [npc=223104] which is marked as a treasure. When you come close, he'll ask you for help to get back into the water and eventually ask for a meal to refresh and be able to swim larger distances. You have to interact with some [npc=223159]s on the small island you're on to collect 5x [item=222906] and offer them to Lionel. To thank you, he'll leave a Magical Treasure Chest with the [item=224579] in it.
