Next to the fishing trainer, you'll find the fishing vendor named [npc=156690]
Both of these NPCs can be found in Oribos in the trainer NPC area (They are found in the northern most part of the training NPC area, just across the hall from the bank)

If you want to catch more of these zoned fish than Lost Sole, you're going to want to grab some bait. Each bait costs 2g20s, so feel free to stock up so you don't have to come back to the vendor for a while. The [item=180136] fishing pole costs 51g69s85c, and will allow you to catch more bait while fishing, it does not affect which fish you get, nor does it affect the amount of fish you catch, it also doesn't increase your chances of catching any particular fish. It only increases your fishing by 15, and allows you to catch bait of whichever zone you're currently fishing. (Example; if you're fishing in Revendreth, it'll help you catch Spinefin Piranha Bait)

Took me around an hour to raise it from 0 to 200 in Bastion
