Yes - this happens to me all the time. If you open a ticket I would be curious to see the response. I got a rather rude response from my ticket that said there were no issues with the rank 3 and that it was either related to my UI addons or an outdated game file. They asked me not to submit another ticket on this issue until I disabled all add-ons and moved my WTF folder. They claim add-ons can make my character appear to proc stuff in-game? If somebody has had this actually proc I would like to hear so I know its possible. As is, I think it is another bug.
