TheWoWDBTo get this pet you neet to find the Primal Bear Cub in the Azure Span at 67.34, 18.22 It is located between Theron's Watch and Rhonin's Shield flight points in the northeast of Azure Span. The cub appears like a critter with a yellow name and hovering over it with the mouse shows you the symbol identical to PetBattle.
But instead of starting a battle you can feed it 3 Hornswog Hunk and 1 Honey Snack to receive this sweet little pet.
As for now it seems bugged and does not show in your Pet Journal but can be summend with /summonpet. You can also cage it to sell it in auction house.
