You could always cheap out and get the +30 healing +10 spell damage enchant http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=27911 for 5 less spell damage, but save around 250-300 gold.
This is a must have, in my opinion, for any raiding priest out there, or any other class who needs pure damage. It's quite expensive, so I would not do it on just any bracers.
Think you should start considering starting to use this from: Runed Spell-Cuffs which is obtainable with Heroic Tokens.Anyways, like I said, it's a must if you are raiding.. Could be pvp also of course :)
