TheWoWDBI don't want to jump to conclusions, but it seems like a high droprate.
My Rarity addon says I got it from my second Venthyr Paragon chest and many of my guild mates have gotten Stoneskin Dreadwing Pup wiithin ~5 chests.
Uploading data via wowhead client as we speak so eventually fellow players will see the droprate.
