TheWoWDBI don't know why people are downrating correct information. This is true and an important fact, it is the SAME speed as the Sea Turtle mount you get from fishing Northrend pools, but can be used in any body of water as long as you are swimming(unlike the sea turtle, can not be summoned on land). So much for my swift underwater seaweed farming lol.

This has a 270% speed in Vashj'ir and 108% speed in other areas. Seems like it is usable in water all over Azeroth.
