To get [item=187641] you need to find [item=189456] in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

[item=189456] is a protoform synthesis mount.

Schematic can be found on the ground at 60.55 30.52 coordinates, between two cages. Clear the group of common mobs to safely pick it up.
After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create Sundered Zerethsteed mount.
