Before Starting:
You must have unlocked the Therazane Faction daily quests to even attempt to get this pet. You have been warned. :P There are a total of 9 Therazane daily quests, 7 of which are offered every day. Of those 7 offered, 5 are the same each day and the remaining 2 change randomly (example: the profession daily quests).

Let it begin!
First and foremost, you are going to have to wait for a certain Therazane daily quest, specifically Underground Economy. The quest is given by a Goblin NPC named Ricket in the crumbling depths. The daily quest gives you an item called Ricket's Tickers and is used to explode crystals around the caves, then gather them.

The key is using this item and its side effect, which is mentioned by the NPC. To quote: "I've got a nasty habit of packin' the explosives a bit thick. Mind the kick.". For those who aren't sure what that means: its a massive knock back, you will go flying 30+ yards.

Tunnel Navigating to Jadefang:

1. 
   
2. Enter the Crumbling Depths, continue going straight, deeper into the crumbling depths.
3. 
   
4. Once you see the colossal gyreworm (level 85 elite, non-attackable) pathing, go right and follow the same direction the gyreworm is heading.
5. 
   
6. You will pass by one dead end tunnel before being in a large cave with many tunnels to choose from. Head into the far right tunnel.
7. 
   
8. Take your first left when it presents itself, it should dead end back in the big open cave area.
9. 
   
10. Looking in front of you, you should see a dark green crystal. To the far right you should see an elevated cave entrance (with a red glow inside) that is completely unreachable.

12. Now the fun part. Who is ready for some Goblin engineering fun? :D

14. You now have 2 options to get to Jadefang

Bomb Option #1 (Shorter Distance)

1. 
   
2. Mount up while at the dead end. Jump onto the dark green crystal infront of you. You must be mounted to make a jump onto the dark green crystal structure in front of you. (Other speed increasing methods may or may not work: rocket boots, sprint, etc.)
3. 
   
4. Once you've made it to the green block, face your in the direction/angle that you wish to be hurled. Place Ricket's Tickers in front of you and watch yourself go flying like only a Goblin invention can make you (I am looking at you, malfunctioning Rocket Boots).
5. 
   
6. If you miss, repeat the last couple of steps till you get it, Ricket's Tickers have unlimited charges for you to try with.
7. 
   
8. Once you make it into the tunnel, if you are very lucky, Jadefang will be waiting for you.

Bomb Option #2 (Longer Distance)

1. 
   
2. Face your back in the direction/angle that you wish to be hurled. Place Ricket's Tickers in front of you and watch yourself go flying like only a Goblin invention can make you (I am looking at you AGAIN, malfunctioning Rocket Boots).
3. 
   
4. If you miss, repeat the last couple of steps till you get it, Ricket's Tickers have unlimited charges for you to try with.
5. 
   
6. Once you make it into the tunnel, if you are very lucky, Jadefang will be waiting for you.

Note: At the time of this writing, the pet is a 100% chance drop from killing this rare spawn. In addition, no other method for getting to the upper cave is known at the time of this writing.

This is a drop from a rare spawn spider named Jadefang, which I found in the Crumbling Depths cave area within Deepholm.

Jadefang is a level 85 spider with around 111k hp. There were a few smaller spiders nearby, but they were non-hostile, and they didn't add when Jadefang was aggroed, so it was easy to solo as a level 82 boomkin.

The pet looks like the shale spiders crawling around Deepholm. It has several green, glowing rocks as its eyes. It is a slightly larger version of the Emerald Shale Hatchling critter found running around various Deepholm areas (including the Temple of Earth).

I found it much easier to launch myself from the elevated tunnel to the right (where pebble spawns), over the big white crystal between the two tunnels. This worked for me first time.
