1. As with other Trader's Post items sold in advance for cash, it includes the following disclaimer at the bottom:

The Twilight Pack will be available in the Battle.net® Shop for a limited time*. Items in The Twilight Pack may arrive in a future rotation of the Trading Post, but no sooner than three months after the set leaves the Shop. 

2. The reskin is basically a purple gothic version of the bright pink Valentine-themed mount and outfit from this February's trading post. If I had to guess, the reskinned mount and outfit will probably appear in the trading post next Feb 2025. Based on the current pink versions' prices, the mount would then be 700 tenders and the outfit would be the free one for completing the month's tender activities. Just a guess, though.

3. Coincidentally, in the same month that the twilight pack is available in the cash shop, they also currently have the matching twilight reskins of bow, staff, and wand (matching this bundle's aesthetic) in the trading post.
