To be able to complete this craft you need to first activate a [item=19931] next to the [item=203757] to activate the troll appearance, similar to how you would in order to be able to turn in Bijous to the offering piles.

The next step to successfully craft the item and not just repeatedly craft [item=203988] and [item=203989] is travelling to the Edge of Madness in the Zul'gurub instance. This location can be found where you initially picked up the toy [item=203757], just east of the cache of madness event.

If you craft with the prerequisites complete, you will find yourself with two bind on pickup weapons which together form the vanilla Warblades of the Hakkari set: [item=203791] and [item=203792].

From the March 27th 2023 Patch Notes : Warblades of the Hakkari, Reborn are now bind on account (was bind on pickup) to allow anyone to acquire the appearances regardless of who their blacksmith is.
